These camouflage jeans by No Boundaries were $9.98 in the Junior’s section at Walmart. I don’t think I’ve ever bought any of their jeans before, but I needed a cute pair of fitted camo pants so I decided to give them a try.
I have no idea why, but I love camo pants. I love finding different ways to style them so that I juxtapose the rugged/tough feel of the pants with looks that are feminine and sexy. Finding ways to work different pieces into my aesthetic, is how I make sure that whatever I’m wearing works for me and not against me.
The Formula:
My go-to formula for styling camo pants is by pairing them with a top that is either really feminine or fitted (like a v-neck bodysuit) and a pair of heels (or white sneakers if I’m going for a casual look). The key really is paying attention to the fit of whatever you’re paring the camo pants with, and keeping the overall look in a neutral color palette if you want to elevate the look.
For this look, I decided to also play with mixing prints by adding a pair of snakeskin heels (no longer available, but I’m tagging some cute options at the end of my pos) and a belt in the same print. I added my mini green crossbody bag from Zara to keep with the color palette, and not distract from the overall look.
The reason that mixing these prints worked for this look, is that I kept my entire look to a very similar color palette. Neutrals, specifically camel, olive green, and tan. I also really love this top from Missguided that I wore with this look, it’s slightly cropped and has a corset style torso which helps balance the fact that the sleeves are fuller.
I found these jeans randomly in the juniors section Walmart for $9.98 and they fit surprisingly well! Just be sure to check the size chart before you buy, because they do run a bit small.
