I love beautiful flower bouquets, and I wanted to try making an affordable DIY option for Valentine’s Day. I made mine using fake scented roses from Walmart, and it looks so pretty. This is probably just as easy to do with real flowers. You could also add other decorative stuff if you’re going with a specific theme. Check out my TikTok below to see how I put my flower bouquet together!
What I Used for My Flower Bouquet
1) Faux Flowers
The faux rose bouquets are $4.98 each, and I picked up four of them in my Walmart Valentine’s Day haul. I got the pink bouquets, however, there is a red option as well.
2) Flower Wrapping Paper
There are lots of pretty and affordable options for flower wrapping paper on Amazon. I opted for this pink flower wrapping paper with dark gold trim. I got a set of 20 sheets for around $10. This worked well as I used 5 sheets in total to wrap my bouquet.
3) Double Stick Tape
I also used double-stick tape to help the wrapping papers maintain their shape and attach them to each other as I wrapped the bouquet.
4) Decorative Ribbon
Lastly, I used some of the Valentine’s Day ribbon I had left over from decorating my mirror to finish my bouquet. My ribbon is from Michael’s Craft Store. However, you can find some pretty and affordable Valentine’s Day ribbons at Dollar Tree as well.
