You know that cute top or dress that you’ve got sitting in your closet (that you can’t wear a bra with), but you still wanna give your girls a lift? Girl, Boomba has the sticky bra inserts we’ve been looking for. I recently tried their Invisible Lift Inserts (Retail $55, currently on sale for $36 on TikTok Shop) under one of my cropped halter tops, and they worked perfectly. For reference, I’m a 32D, and I got them in caramel in a size small.
What Are These Invisible Lift Inserts?
Think of Boomba’s Invisible Lift Inserts as a double-sided sticky bra, but with just the cups. While they make a bunch of different colors and styles (including lots of push-up options that add a cup size), the Invisible Lift Inserts give you a lift without adding a cup size. So if you just want a lift, this style is ideal for you. They’re the perfect bra alternative for backless tops, dresses, etc.
Why These Are a Wardrobe Essential
I love a good halter top, or low-cut piece, but it can be frustrating to try and figure out what to wear underneath that’ll keep your girls lifted but not show. Also, I needed something that was going to be easy to use, because let’s be real if it’s not quick, I’m not gonna consistently use it lol.
These invisible inserts are reusable up to 40 times, so I’ll be putting them to work. I’ll be wearing these under a lot of my summer outfits, I can see myself bringing these on vacation, and they’re great to have on hand for under a formal dress too (think wedding guest outfits, a gala, bridal wear, etc.).

These invisible lift inserts are super sticky on both sides, which is the key. You stick one side to the inside of your top or dress, and then lift and scoop your chest to stick it to the bra. And boom, you’re up and you’re stuck! They felt very secure on, I wasn’t scared that anything was gonna pop out.
For best results, Boomba suggests wearing their inserts under fitted structured tops fo.
