Over the weekend, Beyonce dropped another Ivy Park x Adidas collection, called Icy Park. From the white knit catsuit to the camel latex bodysuit (sold out everywhere but on StockX) and pants, this collection gave us FASHION. This is the first Ivy Park collection that had pieces I couldn’t pass up, so when it dropped, I was ready.
A lot of the standout pieces from the Icy Park drop sold out in less than 5 minutes. Some pieces are left online, and physical Adidas stores in the US did not get the new Ivy Park drop. Thankfully, I managed to order what I had my heart set on (minus the bucket hat). I can’t wait to wear everything when it comes in. In the meantime, I wanted to share some ideas on how to style the Ivy Park Icy Park collection.
How to Style Ivy Park
White Knit Catsuit
The white knit catsuit was on my wishlist, and I have LEWKS in mind when it comes in. While I didn’t order the blue Adidas x Ivy Park Fur coat (because it was $300, and the way my budget is set up…), I do have a blue faux fur on deck. I also ordered the white terry backless cap, which I plan to wear with it as well.
Monogram Skirt
The monogram skirt was a piece that everybody was trying to get their hands on. ASOS came in clutch for me, and I think it’s a pretty versatile piece to style.
I plan to try it with the latex bodysuit, nude heels (like these Tom Ford padlock-inspired heels), and possibly a denim jacket. The reversible monogram bucket hat was on my list too, but y’all done sold it out EVERYWHERE.
I also think the monogram skirt would be really cute, a brown bodysuit. This one from SKIMS is really cute, and I also love this deep v plunge bodysuit from SHEin (it’s $9 and fits really well!). A brown faux leather trench is a great way to elevate the outfit. In the summertime, it’d be cute with a brown tank or corset top as well.
Blue Latex Zip Dress
The blue latex zip dress is really cute, and I think there are a couple of fun ways to style it. I could see it with a long white fur coat, the white ivy park cap, and white sneakers. It’s giving very much expensive, exclusive, and icy. Don’t forget the white Telfar bag!
I also think it’d be cute with white heeled sandals, and the white cap from the Icy Park collection.
Ivy Park Latex Bodysuit and Pants
The latex bodysuit and pants were top on my Icy Park wishlist. I managed to order the pants during the Adidas drop, but the bodysuit sold out FAST. Long story short, I wound up purchasing it from a reseller on StockX, and it’s due to come in a couple of weeks. This required dropping more $$, but I plan to wear the latex bodysuit with lots of outfits. Also, the perfect brown girl nude is hard to come by.
I’m planning to style the latex set with my favorite brown faux fur coat from Zara. If you want a similar look but can’t find the latex bodysuit, you could opt for a camel tank or t-shirt. I’ve spotted brown latex pants still lingering on some sites online if you’re still looking for them.
White Latex Pants
The latex pants also come in white; however, there isn’t a matching bodysuit option. I think it’d be cute styled with the blue nylon track jacket, a white smooth bodysuit, and the blue Ivy Park cap (still available at Shoe Palace). To dress it up, once again, the white rhinestone Simmi London sandals come to the rescue.
Pink Cargo Hoodie
The pink cargo hoodie (still available at Champs) is a cute casual piece that can be easily styled. Personally, I’d buy it oversized; this way, it’d be a bit longer, and wear it over black biker shorts. To dress it up, I’d add black thigh-high boots (I also thought about snakeskin, but I’d have to try it on to see how that looks, lol), and this pair with croc detailing adds a nice luxe touch.
What to do if your Ivy Park pieces are sold out
If there are Ivy Park pieces that you had your heart set on, but they’re sold out, you have a few options. My first recommendation would be to sign up for restock alerts if your store of choice allows. I’m not sure about the plans for an official Ivy Park restock, but I have noticed some stores are restocking certain pieces. Shoptagr is what I use to help me keep track of when things come back in stock or prices change.
I also suggest following a social media account that consistently posts updates about the collection. Houseofivypark on Instagram was clutch for me because they listed many stores where Ivy Park was being sold. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have known where else to look beyond Adidas and ASOS.
Did you get anything from the new Ivy Park drop? If so, let me know in the comments!
Stylishly Yours,
Theresa Seyi
