I wanted to do a matching pink french tip mani-pedi for my graduation, so of course I did it myself. BTArtBox nails are my go-to nails when I make press on nails, so I ordered their long square skin tone french tip nail set. I’ve previously used the same set in the short square style. Pink French Tip X-Coat Nails
The set comes with french tips in five different “skin tone” shades, and I used the light pink shade to do these gel nails. This set is a great investment because it comes with enough nails for me to do five different nail sets. These nails come in a few different lengths and shapes. I’m a square nail girl so that’s what I usually buy.
Nail Charms & Rhinestones
I wanted this nail set to feel cute and feminine. My nails played nicely off of my pink Barbie-inspired graduation outfit. I used the Markartt Rhinestone nail glue to apply the pink bow nail charms and AB rhinestones I got on Amazon. I used some pink heart-shaped rhinestones I got in this mixed set of rhinestones for $1 on Ali Express.
After applying the charms and rhinestones I cured my nails under my SUN UV8 nail lamp for 60 seconds.
Builder Gel & Top Coat
To finish up my nails I applied my trusty BTArtBox Builder Gel and Top Coat. The builder gel is what hardens the nails and makes them look and feel like acrylic nails. I applied one coat of builder gel and one coat of top coat. I cured my nails after each coat for about 60 seconds. After my nails were all set, I applied them with the Beauty Secrets Drip and Clog Proof Nail Glue from Sally Beauty.
