If you’re looking for some great basic tops for women on Amazon, I got you. I needed to replace a lot of my basics over the past few months and was on the hunt for some great quality, budget-friendly tops. Think SKIMS quality, but Amazon budget, as they’re all under $30. We’re talking super stretchy, make you look snatched, and most importantly, I did not want the tops to be see-through. I found seven different styles of basic tops, from camis to T-shirts (and a bunch in my favorite double-lined material). I’m wearing them all in a size small, and they fit true to size.

Best Basic Tops I Got On Amazon
Double-Lined Camis
These V-Neck camis by SUUKSESS are a must-have for me. I love the double-lined material, which makes everything look nice and smooth. Since it’s a nicer material, they can be easily dressed up or down too. Also, the V-neckline makes them a little sexy.
This cami comes in a bunch of different colors (I probably bought about half of them, as you will see on my TikTok), and some have lace details. I wore them in my I Am Gia Blare Set Try on Haul.
If you want a double-lined cami with a square neckline (more appropriate for work outfits, etc.), and slight compression, then check out this one by Pumiey.
I wore it with my outfit for the Danessa Myricks X Painted by Esther Makeup Masterclass in NYC a couple months ago.
Double-Lined V-Neck Tank
If you’re looking for a good elevated basic V-Neck tank, I really like this one by Reoria. It has a V in the front and the back, and it’s great for when you need a simple yet sexy basic top for your outfit.
Double-Lined T-Shirts
A good basic T-Shirt is essential, and these double-lined V-Neck T-shirts by Pumiey get five stars in my book. They’re double-lined, very stretchy, and wash well too. Also, the V-Neck isn’t too low, so you can wear them just about anywhere.
SUUKSESS also makes a very similar double-lined V-neck T-Shirt. I got it in baby pink, of course.
If you’re more of a crewneck girlie, these double-lined tops by YEOREO are great. They do have some compression to snatch you up, and they come in a bunch of different colors.
Ribbed & Cotton Jersey Dupe T-Shirts
Lastly, if double-lined tops aren’t your style, I found a couple of other options. This ribbed scoop neck T-Shirt by Artfish is a great casual basic to have on hand, and while it’s thin, it’s not quite see-through. Also, this super stretchy crewneck by PrettyGuide is SPOT ON for the SKIMS cotton jersey T-Shirt, and it’s not see-through. Give me 14 of them right now!
