I attended the Fashion Bomb Daily Fashion Show again this year (check out my post on last years show), and I love that they prioritize spotlighting emerging designers of color. I had a VIP ticket which was to include perks like a front row seat for the show, in addition to entrance to the cocktail hour. One of the many fun things to do during fashion week is attending various afterparties happening around the city. My girls and I went to the Jerk X Jollof NYFW afterparty, as we had a great time at the one in Miami this summer. NYFW Diaries Day Two: Zara Tan Halter Vest and Cargo Jeans

NYFW Diaries: Denim Feather Trim Dress

It's (one of) the most wonderful times of the year: New York Fashion Week. This year I pulled up to attend a couple of fashion shows, and different NYFW pop-up events in the city. For day one, I wore a denim dress from Zara (sold out, check out other options here) that I did some DIY work on (let me know if y'all want a tutorial).
