After posting my Zara 2020 Summer Sale Try-On Haul and some of the outfits that I put together from it, I got a lot of questions about how I find those kinds of pieces at Zara. Honestly, I think it’s mainly attributed to the fact that I shop there A LOT so I keep my finger on the pulse of what they’ve got going on. I do have a simple process though to help me find the good stuff, and since sharing is caring here are a few of the tips that help me find the good stuff at Zara:
1) Stalk the New In Page
When I shop online at Zara (and really I shop in the Zara app), I mainly stay on the new in page. This is usually how I’m able to quickly see what’s new, and add it to my cart first. If I see something that I like that is unavailable, or not available in my size yet, I sign up to get the email alert (which comes to both my email and pops up as a notification from the app, which I typically get before the email hits my inbox). I don’t really venture off into the women’s section on the site and shop by category unless I’m shopping for something specific.
2) Watch Zara Hauls
Zara hauls are some of my favorite videos to watch on YouTube, as they also help me see what’s new in, what I might have missed, and the added bonus of seeing how the pieces fit when tried on. I definitely suggest watching haul videos from people who have a similar style to yours and watching the newest Zara hauls. I make a lot of Zara try-on haul videos on my channel, like the one I posted last week from the 2020 Zara Summer Sale. I also love to watch hauls by HighLowLuxxe, and AllThingsLisa. I’ve found that the girls in the UK make some of the best Zara hauls, so I love to check those out too.
3) Follow Zara Outfit Inspiration Accounts on Instagram
I follow a few accounts on Instagram that are dedicated to posting outfits worn by women around the world, that they got from Zara and similar stores like H&M. This also helps me see some pieces that I might have missed, and get some ideas for how to style them. Some accounts that I really like are InspoHunterr, shpwithme0, and focus0nfashion. They also post the item numbers for the items that they share, so it helps me find the items easily on the Zara website.
4) When In-Store, Take Your Time and Scan
When I shop in-store at Zara, I like to take my time and look around (which is a big deal, because in most stores I zip in and out. As much as I love shopping, I don’t like to be in any one store for more than 15 minutes for any reason). If I see a piece that I like but they don’t have my size, I scan it in the Zara app to see if it’s available online. If it’s not, I will sometimes ask an associate to scan and order it for me because I was told that they’re able to see more stock options than we the public see. Also if I just see something that I like, but I’m not sure about I’ll just scan it and save it for later.
So there you have it ladies, my quick rundown on how to find the good stuff at Zara. What’s been your best recent Zara find? Let me know in the comments!
Stylishly Yours,
Theresa Seyi
