If you like Strawberry Matcha and are looking for an easy recipe you can make at home, let me put you on. I recently started drinking Strawberry Matcha, and immediately became obsessed. A daily Starbucks trip is not in my current budget, so I decided to try making them at home. I knew I needed a simple recipe (read: the less stuff I gotta mix and blend, the better) because otherwise I wouldn’t stick with it. So I put together a really simple four-step recipe that works for me, and it tastes so good! I can’t have milk and dairy products in excess (it’ll upset my stomach), so my recipe uses non-dairy products.
Here’s how I’ve been making my Lazy Girl Strawberry Matcha at home!
What You’ll Need:
- Strawberry Preserves
- Water
- Ice
- Tazo Tea Strawberry Matcha Latte Concentrate
- Your choice of Milk. I use Silk Vanilla Soymilk.
- Your choice of Cold Foam. I use Coffee Mate Non-Dairy French Vanilla Cold Foam.
My Lazy Girl Strawberry Matcha Recipe
1) I mix some strawberry preserves with a splash of water together at the bottom of my cup.

2) I add equal parts Tazo Strawberry Matcha Latte Concentrate (around $5 at Walmart, Target, or Stop & Shop) and Silk Vanilla Soymilk, and stir them together. I’m careful not to disturb the preserves at the bottom of my cup.
3) Add Ice (I’ve been making cute little flower-shaped ice cubes using this ice cube tray that I got from Walmart).

4) Add some Coffee Mate Non-Dairy French Vanilla Cold Foam Creamer on top. This tastes SOOOO good, it’s the perfect finishing touch!
There you have it! That’s my super easy Lazy Girl Strawberry Matcha recipe that I make daily at home. What’s your favorite kind of matcha? Let me know in the comments below!
