I wanted to start off the new year with a fresh and classic nail set. So, of course, I did a french tip. This time I tried the brown XL square french tip nails by BTArtBox. The Nails I Used
I’ve tried different versions of french tip nails by BTArtBox, but these XL nails are my favorite. They give me the perfect classic french tip look. I love how the brown base is a black-girl-friendly shade that compliments my skin tone.
Builder Gel & Top Coat
Since the french tip design is already done, all I had to do was apply one coat of builder gel and one coat of top coat (also by BTArtBox). I cured each coat under my nail lamp for around 60 seconds each. I always wipe my nails with rubbing alcohol on a lint-free nail wipe, to get rid of the tacky layer.
My Favorite Nail Glue
Once I finished my nails, I applied them with my favorite nail glue (Beauty Secrets Drip and Clog Proof Nail Glue from Sally Beauty).
